NovoRapid is an insulin analogue used for the treatment of diabetes.
It is available in 10 ml vials for filling into the insulin syringe.
NovoRapid is a fast-acting insulin analogue that can be used in adults and children 2 years and older. 10-20 minutes after taking the drug starts to lower your blood sugar, the maximum effect in 1-3 hours and the effect lasts from 3 to 5 hours. Because of this short supplement, NovoRapid should normally be used in combination with medium- or long-acting insulin preparations.
